Provides conversion routine between TObject and IInterface

The TObjectToInterfaceConverter type exposes the following members.

	DoConvertTo(TValue,PTypeInfo,TValue)	Represents method `DoConvertTo(TValue,PTypeInfo,TValue)`. (Overrides TValueConverter.DoConvertTo(TValue,PTypeInfo,TValue).)

acc. to #82433 TValue.TryAsType(T) raised an AV because ConvClass2Intf is wrong
